Peter Wilson

Peter Wilson graduated from the Auckland University of Technology’s Electrical and Electronics Engineering program in 2004. He was the Senior Electrical Engineer for RMSD Limited from 1997 to 2010. In 2011, he gained the position of Managing Director for Novo Innovation Limited, which has now become Skip-Line ANZ. He continues to serve Australia and New Zealand’s markets as the Managing Director for Skip-Line, LLC. in the Australia and New Zealand region.

John Shaw McNeely, CEO of Skip-Line, possesses over 30 years of experience with roads and airports as former President and CEO of Hi-Lite Airfield Services from 1989 – 2020. At Hi-Lite, John worked with industry professionals and regulators around the world to elevate aviation safety standards, including quality control and best practice methodologies. In 2016, John founded Spec-Rite Systems to transform highway safety with sophisticated software and services to improve compliance and safety throughout the global transportation industry. In 2020, he bought Skip-Line, LLC and merged the two companies into Skip-Line by Spec-Rite. John is a University at Buffalo graduate with a Masters in Business Administration with concentration in Corporate Finance.

Brian Kausler

Brian Kausler is the President of Skip-Line, LLC. He studied Business at Eastern Oregon University while serving as a wildland firefighter during the summers. Fighting fires took him all across the western United States and sparked a life-long love of travel. In 2008, he graduated with a Master of Business Administration. He continued fighting fires until he began selling cable television advertising slots with Comcast Spotlight, where he gained experience as a marketing manager, video editor, and graphic designer for many companies. After that, he owned his own business, an eclectic rice bowl restaurant in Baker, OR, until he sold it and joined Skip-Line. In his early days with the company, Brian gained a deep understanding of the pavement marking controls industry serving as a bookkeeper and inventory manager before making his way into marketing, support, and management.

Kevin MacVittie

Kevin has 6 years of professional experience with a verifiable track record for product development, leading, defining, and communicating product strategy to stakeholders. Kevin has developed retroreflectivity measurement of pavement markings at various airports including, Des Moines International Airport, Miami International Airport, Dallas Love Field Airport, and Vancouver International Airport. Prior to Shaw Harbor Holdings, Kevin co-founded a consulting firm focused on product development, served as VP of Product for Spec-Rite Systems, and now Chief Technology Officer at Skip-Line, LLC, responsible for all technology and product development. Kevin earned his PhD in Bioelectrochemistry from Clarkson University, and is credentialed in LTL-M Mobile Retroreflectometer Training.
